Commerce Compass is founded by Professor CA Jayesh Tatke, a name synonymous with excellence in commerce education .
Started his teaching journey as a faculty in one of the classes in Mumbai at the age of 21 when he was a CA Final student.
Cleared CA Final exam & became a Chartered Accountant.
Cleared 6th Semester of Law exam & became a Lawyer.
Finished Masters in Commerce.
Cleared final level exam of Company Secretary.
After understanding the flaws of teaching field & to provide the best of the knowledge to students, started his own Coaching Institute (Commerce Compass).

Mr. Jayesh Tatke is a qualified Chartered Accountant , Company Secretary & a Lawyer.
He is the Founder of Coaching Institute – Commerce Compass which is imparting quality education to students by becoming their navigator of the commerce journey.
With a 16+ years of teaching experience , Prof. Tatke has taught over 20,000 students doing Chartered Accountancy , Global Courses like ACCA as well as students persuing 11th and 12th standard exams.
He is coaching ACCA students since 2018 with FA( Financial Accounting) , MA ( Management Accounting) , FR ( Financial Reporting) , PM ( Performance Management) and AA ( Auditing and Assurance) being the main subjects.
He also has a past professional work experience with a MNC – Accenture Services LTD in Financial Planning and Analysis.
Professor Tatke’s vision for Commerce Compass extends beyond traditional coaching. His approach to teaching goes beyond textbooks—he strongly believes that conceptual clarity is the foundation of success, while the ability to apply and reproduce learnings in practical scenarios is the next essential step.

Mr. Susmit is a Chartered Accountant with 15 years of rich professional experience in the fields of Audit & Assurance, Costing, Financial Management, and Information Technology. He began his career at Deloitte Haskins & Sells, one of the leading global accounting firms, in the Audit & Assurance department.
Currently, Mr. Susmit is a Partner at Ajit P. Ranade & Co., Chartered Accountants, where he is actively engaged in System Audits and Information Technology assurance services, bringing together his expertise in finance and technology.
Alongside his professional journey, he has been a dedicated educator for the past 15 years, guiding and mentoring Chartered Accountancy students. . He emphasizes that just memorization does not build professionals; instead, empowering students with analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills prepares them for both examinations and real-life challenges.
With his unique blend of corporate expertise and teaching experience, Mr. Susmit is committed to nurturing future professionals by instilling not just subject knowledge but also the confidence to apply it effectively.
CA Preeti Aggarwal is one of the eminent faculty of business and corporate law since 2009.
Over the past years, she has taught well over 30,000 students of CA, CS, ACCA and B.Com.

She also teaches to Undergraduates & M.Com students subjects like Financial Accounting and Cost Accounting.
