Mr. Jayesh Tatke is a qualified Chartered Accountant , Company Secretary & a Lawyer.

He is the Founder of Coaching Institute – Commerce Compass which is imparting quality education to students by becoming their navigator of the commerce journey.

With a 16+ years of teaching experience , Prof. Tatke has taught over 20,000 students doing Chartered Accountancy , Global Courses like ACCA as well as students persuing 11th and 12th standard exams.

He is coaching ACCA students since 2018 with FA( Financial Accounting) , MA ( Management Accounting) , FR ( Financial Reporting) , PM ( Performance Management) and AA ( Auditing and Assurance) being the main subjects.

He also has a past professional work experience with a MNC – Accenture Services LTD in Financial Planning and Analysis.

Professor Tatke’s vision for Commerce Compass extends beyond traditional coaching. His approach to teaching goes beyond textbooks—he strongly believes that conceptual clarity is the foundation of success, while the ability to apply and reproduce learnings in practical scenarios is the next essential step.

With his practical insights, in-debt subject knowledge and unique methodologies, he makes learning enjoyable and applicable .

With over 20 years of extensive academic and professional coaching experience, Mrs. Patkar is coaching to ACCA Students with the subject of BT being the main focus.

Known for her excellent Communication skills and teaching style she has consistently contributed to the academic excellence of undergraduate , graduate and professional courses.

Smita Soman

Mrs. Smita Soman is having over 12 years of experience in teaching.

Mrs. Smita teaches subject like Secretarial Practice and Organisation of Commerce to 11th & 12th standard as well as Undergraduates students.

Atharv Joshi
